Official San Francisco 49ers Playoff Guacamol Recipe

Ingredients:

4: Avocados, peeled and seeded
16 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
1 medium: Onion, finely chopped
1 medium: Tomato, finely chopped
1 tsp: Garlic salt,
1/4 cup: Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp: Fresh lemon juice,
Tortilla chips or sourdough bread,
Directions:
Mash avocados with fork, leaving some chunks. Add cream cheese and
blend with blender or food processor. Add onion, toma- to, garlic
salt and cilantro, and mix until well-blended. Add lemon juice to
taste as desired. Serve with tortilla chips or sourdough bread. To
store cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate.
