Cacik Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
5 fl oz: Low-fat natural yogurt,
Salt and Pepper,
1: Garlic clove, peeled and crushed
2 inch: length cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp: Freshly chopped mint,
1 tbsp: Freshly chopped parsley,
Extra chopped mint, to garnish

Directions:
Drain off any liquid from the yogurt, place in a bowl and whisk until
smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients, except garnish, and mix well. Turn
into a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with extrac
chopped mint to serve.
