Capellini With Ham & Walnuts Recipe

4 tbsp: OLIVE OIL,
1/2 cup: WALNUTS, FINELY CHOPPED
1/4 tsp: GARLIC POWDER,
1/4 lbs: THINLY SLICED HAM,

1/2 lbs: CAPELLINI PASTA,
1/2 tsp: FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER,
1/8 tsp: SALT,
1/3 cup: FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE,
1/4 cup: FINELY MINCED PARSLEY,
Directions:
* HAM, CUT INTO FINE SHREDS, ABOUT FOUR SLICES.
BOIL WATER IN A LARGE POT FOR THE PASTA. IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT
THE OLIVE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD THE WALNUTS AND GARLIC POWDER,
SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES. STIR IN THE HAM AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. KEEP
WARM.
PUT THE PASTA IN THE BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES.
DRAIN AND POUR BACK INTO THE HOT PAN. STIR IN THE PEPPER, SALT,
PARMESAN AND PARSLEY. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
