Caribbean Jerk Rub Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Onion powder,
1 tbsp: Dried thyme,
2 tsp: Dried allspice,
2 tsp: Ground black pepper,
1 tsp: Cayenne peper,
1 tsp: Salt,
3/4 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
1/4 tsp: Ground cloves,

Directions:
Blend all the above ingredients well. Rub over meat, poultry or
seafood at least 2 hours before grilling. Grill as usual.
