Ingredients:
4 lbs: Caribou,
2 lbs: Lean pork,
1 large: Onion, chopped
2 lbs: Potatoes, grated
2 tbsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1 tsp: Allspice,
1/2 tsp: Cayenne and other spices to taste,
Sausage casings,

Directions:

Grind together all the meats with the onion. Next mix the potatoes
with the meats. Add spices and mix thoroughly.

Prepare as for Caribou Sausage #1.
