2 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Cinnamon,
2 tsp: Soda,
2/3 cup: Cooking oil,
2 cup: Grated carrots,
4: Eggs,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
Frosting:,
1 small: Pk cream cheese,
1/4 Stick: margarine,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 1/2 cup: Powdered sugar,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order; beat well. Pour into 2 9x5x2-inch loaf
pans. Bake at 350 degrees one hr., or until done. Frost with the
following frosting, if desired.

Mix all ingredients well. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
