Carrot Cake 3 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Sugar,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Cinammon,
4: Eggs,
1 1/2 cup: Applesauce,
4 cup: Grated carrots,
1 1/2 cup: Chopped walnuts,
ICING
1 Stick: butter, softened
8 ounce: Cream chese, softened
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1/2 tsp: Almond extract,
1 lbs: Powdered sugar, up to 1.5 lbs may be needed
Directions:
cake directions: sift together dry ingredients. beat in applesauce
and eggs until well blended. stir in carrots and nuts. pour into a
greased and floured pan and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
icing directions: beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. gradually
beat in powdered sugar until desired consistency.
