Carrot Cake - Bsnx01a Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Sugar,
1 1/4 cup: Oil,
1/3 cup: Milk,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Salt, optional
Eggs,
3 cup: Carrots, finely grated (6)
1 cup: Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
325 degree oven. Grease 10 in. tube pan in a large bowl measure first
9 ingredients with mixer at low speed. Increase to high speed and mix
for 5 min., scrape bowl. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hr 10 min. then remove from pan ~--
