Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fish filets,
8 ounce: Lime juice,
1 Large: onion, finely chopped
1 Small: jalapeno pepper, chopt
2 Med: tomatoes, finely chopped
30: Pitted green olives,
1/8 tsp: Cumin,
20: Capers,
1/4 cup: Fresh coriander, chopped
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1: Salt & pepper to taste,
1: Oregano to taste,
Directions:
Servings: 6
Marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hours, until fish turns
white. Drain; mix with all other ingredients. Serve chilled.
