3 medium: Cooking apples,
1: Orange,
1 ounce: Margarine or butter,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
6 tbsp: Oats, uncooked flake oatmeal
Directions:
Grate the apple (including the skin, but not the core) and the skin
of the orange into an ovenproof dish. Mix in the juice of the orange
and half the sugar.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan over a low heat and mix in the oats

NOTES:
* Apple and orange pudding with oats on top -- From "Friends of the
Earth Cookbook." A really quick to prepare, juicy pudding - its
amazing the difference the orange makes.
* Try it with different toppings - crumble or cornflakes for example.
: Difficulty: easy.
: Time: 15 minutes preparation, 1 hour standing, 20-30 minutes
cooking. : Precision: No need to measure.
