Onion Mushroom Casserole* Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cup: Vidalia onions, peeled
1/4 cup: Butter, melted
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 ounce: Cream cheese,
3 tsp: Flour,
1 1/2 cup: Milk,
1/4 cup: Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup: Cracker crumbs,

Directions:
Combine onions with butter, mushrooms and salt; simmer for 5 minutes
in a medium size sauce pan. Add cream cheese. When melted, add flour
and milk. Reheat. Turn into a 2 qt. greased casserole dish. Sprinkle
with misture of grated cheese and crumbs. Bake in a hot
400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
