Cherry/cranberry/cinnamon Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/4 tbsp: Sugar,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp: Oil,
1 cup: Milk, 1%
1 tbsp: Lemon peel, grated
1 1/4 tsp: Yeast,
1/8 cup: Cranberries, dried
1/8 cup: Cherries, dried

Directions:
Orange peel may be substituted for the lemon peel. Place all of the
ingredient into the breadmachine and press start. If you prefer the
berries in larger pieces add them AFTER the initial rise. This bread
is wonderful lightly toasted and spread with cream cheese.
