Chestnut Salad (kastano Salata) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Chestnuts, roasted or boiled
1 tbsp: Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp: Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped
1 tsp: Fresh sage, chopped
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Freshly ground black pepper,
1 cup: Yogurt or soft cheese,
Lettuce leaves,
Lemon wedges,

Directions:
Pound or slice the chestnuts. Mix together with the rest of the
ingredients and serve with fresh lettuce leaves and lemon wedges.
