Original Sin Chili - Southern Recipe

Ingredients:
2 quart: Beef stock,
1 package: Onion soup mix,
2 lbs: Ground beef,
2 lbs: Steak, cut 1/2" square
1/2 cup: Dried onions,
2: Celery ribs, chopped
1: Green peppers, chopped
1: Pickled banana peppers,
1/4 cup: Banana pepper juice,
1 tsp: Chopped garlic,
1: Bay leaf,
2 ounce: Chili powder,
2 tsp: Cumin,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Onion powder,
1 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Instant beef boullion,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Bbq. sauce,
1/4 cup: Ketchup,
1 pinch: Crushed red pepper,
1 pinch: Basil,
1 pinch: Thyme,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1/4 cup: Tabasco,
Directions:
Peppers should be mild banana peppers, seeded and chopped. Brown both
the ground beef and beef cubes. Drain most of the fat. Combine all
ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 2 hours. Correct seasonings
