2 lbs: Fish slices, rainbow trout, salmon milkfish
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
3 each: - 4 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp: Ginger, sliced
1 each: Hot chili pepper, optional
1/4 cup: Water,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless
steel pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to
medium low. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a
serving dish. Serves 4.
