Peach Dessert "salsa" Recipe

Ingredients:
2 each: Peaches, ripe
1/3 cup: Coconut, grated
1/3 cup: Golden raisins -OR-,
1/3 cup: -Dried cherries,
2 tbsp: Orange juice concentrate-OR-,
2 tbsp: Grand marnier liqueur,
1 tbsp: Mint, fresh, chopped
Directions:

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
Let stand 1/2 hour before serving. MAKES: about 2 CUPS
