1 package: Uncle Bens Brand Chicken Flavor Rice Pilaf,
2 quart: Water,
5 cup: Diced Peaches, drained
4 cup: Whipped topping,
2 cup: Shredded coconut,
Directions:
1. Cook rice accoding to package directions. 2. Allow rice to cool.
3. Fold in diced peaches, whipped topping and coconut. 4. Refrigerate
