Penne Pasta With Tuna Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: (7 oz) tuna, drained - optional
1/2 cup: Walnuts,
1: Lemons rind,
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/4 cup: Chopped parsley,
4: Fresh basil leaves,
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 lbs: Penne pasta,
Directions:
Put tuna, walnuts, lemon rind, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, basil,
oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender. Cover and
process or blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to package
directions; drain. Stir in tuna mixture, coating pasta with sauce.
Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
