Penne With Spinach & Ham Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Penne pasta,
3 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 tsp: Garlic-flavored oil,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Crushed red pepper,
1 package: , (10 oz.) fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
1 lbs: Smoked ham, cut into 1x1/4-inch-thick strips
1 1/2 cup: Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese,
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine oils, salt and red pepper in large bowl.
3. Drain pasta in colander, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Add hot
pasta with reserved pasta water to bowl, tossing with oil mixture,
spinach, ham and cheese until spinach wilts and cheese melts. Makes 6
servings.
