Ingredients:
1: Egg,
3 ounce: Butter,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Persimmon pulp,
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 cup: Milk,

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, blend well. Add dry ingredients and
milk. Stir in persimmon pulp. Pour into greased pan (9x13) bake 1
hour at 325 degrees.
