Petti Di Pollo Alla Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2: chicken breasts*,
1 tbsp: Butter,
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
2 slice: Cooked ham,
2 tbsp: Grated parmesan,
1 tsp: Parsley,
1/4 cup: Chicken broth,
Directions:
*Can also be made with veal
Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan. Brown the chicken on both
sides. Put a slice of ham on each 1/2 breast. Springle with parmesan,
parsley. Pour the chicken broth in the pan. Cover let simmer for five
