Pineapple Mustard Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Apple juice,
1 cup: Orange juice,
1/2 cup: Pineapple pieces,
2 each: Garlic cloves,
1/4 each: Avocado, peeled
2 tsp: Prepared mustard,
1/2 tsp: Tamari,
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a
jar & seal tightly until ready to use.
Goes very well with a tossed salad
