Pineapple Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
24 ounce: Sweet potatoes, *
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
2 cup: Pineapple tidbits, artificially sweetened
2 tbsp: Diet margarine,
Directions:
Boil potaotoes until tender; peel; cool slightly. Mash untill smooth;
stir in remaining ingredients, including syrup from pineapple
tidbits. Return to stove and reheat.
