Ingredients:
1 cup: Texas beer,
2 tbsp: Liquid smoke,
2 tbsp: Soy Sauce,
1/4 cup: Wine vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Tabasco,

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a shaker-type bottle. Shake liberally on ribs,
chops, etc. while cooking.
