Post Grape-nuts Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Post Grape-nuts,
2 cup: Sour milk,
4 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
4 tsp: Baking powder,
1 pinch: Salt,
2: Eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Soak Grape-nuts for 10 to 15 minutes in sour milk. Sift together
flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, & salt. Alternately mix in
with dry ingredients the Grape-Nut mixture and the eggs. Place in a
greased and floured loaf pan and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake at
375 F. for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
