Chuletas Espanolas Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Pork chops,
Salt and pepper,
To taste,
Red chile sauce,
1 tsp: Onion salt,
1 tsp: Cumin,
1 tsp: Oregano,
2 centiliter: Garlic, sliced

Directions:
Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of
fat. Add seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 -
2 hours or until very tender. Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
