1/3 cup: BUTTER, softened
3/4 cup: BROWN SUGAR,
1 1/2 tbsp: GROUND CINNAMON,
FROSTING,
1/2 cup: BUTTER, (1 stick), softened
2 tbsp: ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR,
1 cup: CONFECTIONERS SUGAR,

SALT,
1 tsp: VANILLA EXTRACT,
In a large mixer bowl, place the warm water, sugar, oil,
