1/4 cup: Flour, all-purpose
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1: Egg,
1/2 cup: Milk,
3 tbsp: Vegetable oil,

Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Blend in egg, milk and oil.
