Corned Beef & Swiss Appetizers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Cream cheese, softened
2 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1/4 lbs: Corned beef, chopped
1/2 cup: Shredded swiss cheese,
2 tbsp: Chopped green onion,
36 Slices: cocktail rye bread,
, toasted

Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mustard with electric mixer on medium speed until
smooth. Blend in meat, Swiss cheese and onion. Spread on toast slices.
Place on cookie sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

To Make Ahead: Prepare as directed except for broiling. Place on
cookie sheet. Freeze 1 hour or until firm. Place in freezer-safe
zipper-style plastic bags. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve,
thaw
10 minutes. Broil as directd.ch
