Ingredients:

3 cup: Better for Bread flour,
2 tbsp: Gluten,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Baking soda,
1 1/3 cup: Pretzel sticks, thin/broken
In half,
1: Egg white,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
12 ounce: Light beer plus ->,
1/4 cup: Water, heated

Directions:

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white
bread and push "Start" Containing no cholesterol and negligible
sugar; this exciting bread is perfect for party snacks or sandwiches.
