Ingredients:

MEDIUM LOAF
1 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Vegetable Oil,
1: Egg,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Yellow Cornmeal,
2 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:

This loaf rises very high and is suprisingly good. We have tried
other breadmaker cornmeal breads but none have equaled this one. Gaye
