Cracker Jacks Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Unpopped AM popcorn,
2 tbsp: AM Unrefined Safflower Oil,
1/4 cup: Peanuts,
2 tbsp: AM Sunflower Seeds,
2 tbsp: AM Sesame Seeds,
1/4 cup: Pecans,
1/4 cup: Almonds,
1/4 cup: Coconut,
1/4 cup: -Raw honey, or up to...
1/2 cup: Raw honey,
Directions:
Pop popcorn and set aside. Heat a heavy skillet on medium heat. Add
oil, just enough to barely coat the bottom of the pan. Add peanuts
and seeds; roast lightly; add nuts and coconut; continue roasting
until the coconut begins to turn golden brown. Remove from heat and
stir in the popcorn and honey. Eat while warm or serve as a snack.
