Cranberry Apple Pie #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: 12 oz fresh cranberries,
6 medium: Apples*,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1 tsp: Pumpkin pie spice,
1/2 cup: Orange juice,
Pastry for two crust pie,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Sort and wash cranberries. Put
cranberries, sugar, orange juice, pie spice and cornstarch in a sauce
pan. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. bring to a boil and cook over low
heat until thickened and the cranberries have poppe
* I prefer Granny Smith apples but this is good with any kind.
Note: This pie is quite tart and you may want to increase the sugar
to one cup if you dont appreciate tart desserts and the full flavor
of cranberries.
