Crawfish Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Cornmeal,
1/2 cup: Cooking oil,
1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 can: Cream style corn,
2: Eggs,
1/2 lbs: Cheese, grated
1 cup: Onion, chopped
1 lbs: Crawfish tails,
2: Jalapeno peppers, choppe

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except crawfish. Blend until moist. Add crawfish
and stir well. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 375
degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Randy Rigg
