Quick Fry Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1/4 tsp: EACH dill weed & salt,
Dash of pepper & garlic pwdr,
4: Chicken breasts*,
2/3 cup: Sour cream OR mayonnaise,
3 ounce: Cream cheese,
1/2 tsp: Dill weed,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
4: Sandwich rolls,
4: Lettuce leaves,
8 Slices: tomato,

Directions:
This is a speed-scratch recipe *Use boneless, skinless chicken breast
helves, pounded thin.

Melt butter in a skillet; stir in the 1/4 tsp dill and salt along
with the pepper and garlic; add chicken and cook until browned on
both sides.

Meanwhile combine sourcream, cheese, 1/2 ts dill and juice. Spread
cheese mixture over bottom half of rolls; top with lettuce, tomato
and cooked chicken. Top with remaining half of roll.
