Quick Hot Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Unsweetened cocoa,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/3 cup: Light corn syrup,
1/2 cup: Evaporated milk,
1 tbsp: Sour cream,
4 tbsp: Sweet butter,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, corn syrup, milk, and sour cream in heavy
saucepan. Heat over medium flame, stirring constantly, until mixture
begins to boil. Immediately turn off heat; stir in butter and
vanilla. Serve warm. Makes enough for 4 good-size hot fudge sundaes.
