Quick Lemon Rice Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 small: Onion or 3 scallions, chopped
3 cup: Fresh kale, chopped
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/8 tsp: Black pepper,
1/8 tsp: Tumeric,
1/3 cup: Vegetable broth,
3 cup: Pre-cooked rice,
8 cup: Water or vegetable broth,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
1 cup: Nutritional yeast,
1 tbsp: Tamari or soy sauce,

Directions:
In a large pot, saute onion, kale, and seasonings in 1/3 c vegetable
broth over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer for 10 minutes longer. Serve warm.
