Quick Mousse Lorange Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Hot water,
2 Envelopes: unflavored gelatin,
1/3 cup: Sugar,
6 ounce: Can orange juice concentrate,
2 tbsp: Unflavored yogurt,
1 tsp: Orange extract,
2 cup: Ice cubes,

Directions:
In blender, mix together hot water and gelatin. Add sugar and blend.
Add orange juice, yogurt, extract, and ice and blend on high until
ice is crushed. Pour into parfait glasses and chill. Dessert will be
ready to eat in 10 minutes.
