Quick Peach Ice Cream Recipe

3: Ripe peaches, peeled/sliced
1/2 cup: Milk,
1/2 cup: Heavy cream,
1/3 cup: Superfine sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
Directions:
Slice peaches and puree; refrigerate. Combine milk and cream with
sugar. Whisk 2 minutes, or until sugar dissolves. Stir in vanilla
extract. Add peach puree, stirring well. Chill. Freeze in ice cream
freezer featuring pre-chilled cannister. Makes 4 servings.
