Quick San Diego Salad Dressing Recipe

1/2 tsp.: salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 8 Tbsp. rice,
Directions:
1 C. canola oil, minus 2 Tbsp. 4 Tbsp. sugar (or Equal equivalent) 2
Tbsp. sesame oil
vinegar 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (Optional: 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
and 2 tsp. soy sauce)
Mix quickly in blender or jar. Refrigerate several hours to mingle
flavors.
