Quick Sardine Pate Recipe

Ingredients:
4 ounce: Tinned sardines in tomato sauce drained,
1/2: Lemon rind and juice,
5 tbsp: Very low fat fromage frais,
2 ounce: Very low fat cottage cheese sieved,
1 small: Piece of cucumber finely chopped,
pn Garlic salt,
Freshly ground black pepper,
Cucumber twists and parsley to garnish.,
Directions:
Place the sardines in a bowl with the lemon rind and juice. Mash well
with a fork until smooth. Beat in the fromage frais, cottage cheese
and cucumber. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper. Turn into
four individual dishes or one larger one. Chill well. Garnish with
cucumber twists and parsley before serving.
