Red & Green Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Dried cranberries,
2 cup: Red cabbage, finely sliced
2 cup: Green cabbage, finely sliced
1/4 cup: Thinly sliced red onion,
DRESSING
1/3 cup: Cider vinegar,
1/3 cup: Oil,
1/3 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Celery seeds,
Directions:
Combine cranberries, red and green cabbage and red onion in large
bowl. Toss with Dressing. Cover and chill about 3 hours before
serving. Stir and drain off all liquid before serving. Makes 6
servings.
Each serving contains about: 173 calories; 8 mg sodium; 0
cholesterol; 13 grams fat; 17 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram protein;
0.69 gram fiber. DRESSING:
Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and celery seeds and mix well to
combine. Makes about 1 cup.
