Representative Hands Famous Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 16oz carton ricotta cheese,
2: 8oz pkgs cream cheese,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
4: Eggs,
3 tbsp: Cornstarch,
3 tbsp: Flour,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 Stick: butter, melted
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1: 16oz carton sour cream,
1: Graham cracker crust,

Directions:

Combine all the above except the sour cream; fold sour cream in
carefully; pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10
minutes. Turn off oven and let stand in oven for 1 hour. Cool and
then refrigerate.
