Crock Pot Roast Beef Recipe

Ingredients:
5 lbs: Chuck roast,
2 can: French Onion Soup,
16 ounce: Beer,
2 ounce: Whiskey,
2: Beef bouillon cubes,
Directions:
Braise roast in 400F. oven for one hour. Add all ingredients
together with roast in crock pot. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours.
Note: Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crockpot- after
simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pieces. May
be served on buns with Au Jus or with potatoes and vegetables.
