Curry Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Artichoke hearts, drained
And squeezed dry,
1/2 Box: Mori Nu Lite Tofu,
1/4 cup: Rice Dream, rice milk
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/2 tsp: Ground coriander,
1/2 tsp: Ground cumin,
1/4 tsp: Turmeric,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1/8 tsp: Hot mustard,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/8 tsp: Black pepper,
Directions:
Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish
and heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
