Custard Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup: EDENsoy OR- any EDEN food beverage,
1/8 cup: Honey,
1 tsp: Vanilla, if not using Vanilla flavor
2 1/2 tbsp: EDEN KUDZU, (dissolved in...
1/4 cup: EDENSOY),
Directions:
Heat 2 cups EDENSOY, honey and vanilla (if using) in a saucepan. Add
dissolved kudzu and cook until mixture thickens. Great as a dessert
filling, with fruit, or as a quick pudding. Variation: Add 2
teaspoons of finely grated lemon zest and mix in well.
