Daddys Hot Water Sponge Recipe

Ingredients:
Egg yolks, from Angel Food cake
1/2 cup: Water, boiling
1 tbsp: Vanilla extract, or more
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Cocoa,
Directions:
Prepare loaf pan with Pam spray; preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Sift together the flour and sugar with the baking powder, salt and
cocoa. Beat eggs; pour in boiling water and vanilla. Stir eggs into
flour mixture. Pour batter into pan and bake until done.
