Ingredients:
1 package: Yeast,
3/4 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 1/4 cup: Better for Bread white flour,
3/4 cup: Oat bran,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
2 tbsp: Honey,
2 tbsp: Rosemary, fresh or dried
1/2 cup: Jack or mozzarella cheese,
Grated,
1/2 cup: Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp: Black pepper,
1 tsp: Garlic salt,
4 tbsp: Gluten,
1 cup: Plus 3 tbs. warm water,

Directions:

Set browning control to light. Put all ingredients into pan in the
order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
