Roasted Garlic Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Carrots, peeled, trimmed &, split lengthwise
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
2 tbsp: Water,
8 small: Garlic cloves,
1 pinch: Salt,
Ground black pepper,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Arrange carrots in a 13x9" baking dish. Add oil,
water and garlic. Cover with foil and bake until the carrots are
fork-tender, about
30 mins.
Uncover and turn carrots. Bake until they are golden, about 10 mins
longer. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and serve.
