Rolled Oats Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Rolled oats,
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
2 tbsp: Water,
1/4 tsp: Maple flavoring,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
2 1/2 cup: Sour milk or buttermilk,
2: Eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Butter or butter substitute,

Directions:
Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder, baking soda, sugar,
and salt. Add to oats and milk. Add butter, water and eggs. Beat
thoroughly. Bake on hot griddle. 24 servings. Mrs. Scott Baxter,
